In order to be able to include vehicle expenses in your tax return, you will need to have a way to track the money you are spending for the purpose of write-offs. This is where fuel cards come in handy. You can use these cards for more than gas and if your drivers use the cards to cover expenses, the tracking process will be easier.

By using fuel cards for all expenses related to business vehicles, you will be able to better track tax deductible items. By putting all expenses into one account and onto one card, you will be able to track and file expenses accordingly. Even if you do not get receipts, you can view purchases on the monthly statement. This will allow you to be able to better sort and organize the bills you have and allow you to save money when taxes are due.

Being able to track expenses on fuel cards will help you to know not only where the money is going, but also better determine which expenses are in fact tax deductible. All service to the car, including car washes and repairs, is tax deductible. This is especially true if you are running your own business and providing vehicles for your employees. Being able to track how your money is being spent, as well as what can be used in the form of tax returns, will allow you to be better prepared in the event of an audit.

If you are facing questions from the IRS after you have filed your taxes, you will easily be able to show records of vehicle expenses. Knowing where the money is going and having a file of the expenses show that you are not trying to cheat the system.

Having a system in place to track your expenses will also let you know which cars in your fleet will need to be replaced. As you notice more expenses for repairs and more frequent trips to the gas station, you will want to consider replacing that vehicle. You can monitor this by reviewing fuel card bills to see what types of service needs to be done and how often it is required to maintain the vehicles.

Tracking expenses on fuel cards allows you to know, not only what you will be able to claim in regards to tax discounts, but also where your money is going. Consider it as a way to make sure that employees who are using your cars are doing the right thing and that you are getting the most out of the money you are spending to maintain the vehicle. This tool works in many ways to aid and assist you in running your business.

I love art. I love cars. So it makes a lot of sense that I love art that’s related to cars. What I really love is that there are so many different types of car art to be found.

The most common type of auto art is, of course, drawings or paintings of cars. People who are interested in the design of cars will often come up with really amazing drawings of concept cars. They may also do great renderings of existing vehicles.

I do like that art but I tend to like art that’s a bit edgier. For example, I once saw a guy who took a bunch of Toyota Camry parts and Toyota Tundra parts and used them to make a really wild sculpture. I’ve also seen small car parts used to create robots. I think that’s really cool!

Of course, there are also people who turn their own cars into art. Sometimes I’ll be driving down the street and I’ll see a car that has little dolls all over it or I’ll see a car that’s been painted in a truly unique way. That’s art right there on the road for us to enjoy. I may not always find it pretty but I think it’s cool that people are putting it out there.

You really do not want to learn the hard way just how important it is to always install genuine Toyota parts in your new vehicle. Of course, you would only do this if you had purchased a Toyota, so I’ll assume that if you are reading this that you have

Now on my third brand new Toyota in the past 25 years, you can be assured I’ve learned a lesson or 2 along the way. In my mid 20’s I thought I knew everything. And while I still pretty much think that, some of my friends are quick to point out the mistakes of my youth that might slightly disagree with that stated opinion.

Wanting to be a hipster in my youth, I purchased and installed a number of Toyota accessories for my first car. Some of them were genuine, some of them were simply after market knockoffs of original equipment.

It wasn’t until there was a recall for something relatively minor that I learned my lesson. After dropping off my car for the warranty repair work, I was shocked with a call from the dealer.

He asked about a recent installation I had made. Not thinking it a big deal I told him what I’d done. It was only then he informed me to bring my check book to pay for the work they had done that day as I had voided my warranty by installing unauthorized parts.

Never again!

I’m in the market for a new or at least new to me car. I’ve been looking around at a few car dealers in Fort Worth and the selection is a little mind boggling. I’ve finally narrowed my search down to a crossover, but even still, there are a lot to choose from. I’ve come to the conclusion that Ford is probably going to give me the most bang for my buck, but I really wouldn’t mind a Japanese car just for the reliability. With the mess the auto industry is in right now I’m kind of surprised they aren’t practically giving cars away yet. I guess fifteen grand is about as good as it gets for a new car.

Used cars on the other hand seem more to my liking, as far as the price range goes. However, used cars in Fort Worth seem to be flying off the lots! I’ve been to a few different used car dealers here and their inventory seems to be dwindled. I’m not too sure if that comes from them selling so fast or if people aren’t trading their cars in as often. It might be a combo of both.

In any event, it doesn’t look like my search for a new car is nearly over. I still haven’t looked at any used cars in Weatherford so hopefully their selection is a bit better. Well, good luck to me and to the lucky dealer that nails the sale!

Here’s a challenge. In around 200 words, I can tell you everything that you need to know about buying auto parts. Don’t take that to think that I can let you know everything about every little part. That certainly is not the case. The deal is that I know how to buy things and you do, too. You just have to lean on what you have learned and follow your common sense in order to avoid some of the most common traps that consumers can fall into. Going in to buy replacement Camry parts does not have to be a huge ordeal. If you do some research on the net, you will be just fine.

That is the one thing that I can tell that will help you more than anything else. Visiting a place like Toyotapart.com prior to going down to the local store is the best way to prepare yourself. The nice thing about these websites today is that you can even buy the actual parts on the web if you want to. You can have them sent right to your door for a fraction of what they might have charged you down at the local auto shop.

If you need to replace a part, be smart about it. There is no need for you to spend extra money and have extra aggravation for something so very easy.

So when my wife got transferred with her work to east central Illinois, I asked for a transfer as well. It has been a pretty major transition too.

I am used to delivering mail in the suburbs of a large city where there are banks of mail boxes scattered throughout the various subdivisions. You don’t actually go from house to house depositing mail through mail slots in that kind of environment. In fact the banks of mailboxes even have large package capability using larger key capturing mailboxes. So I am in a different world now as I go from house to house in a largely Amish rural area.

This is interesting. The other day I was delivering in one of these Amish areas and one of the big garages on one of these houses was opened. I was very surprised to see a big pickup with all kinds of truck accessories on it. This guy even had one of those flex a lite things on it! I didn’t think those people drove trucks. I thought it was all horses and buggies with them. I guess that’s not the case anymore.

That is when it hit me. Buy some mud flaps and help eliminate the problem. I of course needed to figure out which ones I wanted as well as trying to match them with all of the other truck accessories that I already had. Now understand I am not trying to match colors and prints here, just not wanting to look silly. I mean you want your flaps to match the truck bed liner you have, don’t you, at least to some degree?

So after some contemplating and shopping I was able to get what I wanted and was happy with the decision that I had made. It helps me to more easily maintain my truck and allows me to feel a little better when I do go off road to not upset the wife about the big mess in the driveway. So make a choice and get what you need to make your truck look better and stay cleaner longer.

The industry has shrunk, it seems and with so many vehicles being designed to not accommodate for anything but professional updates and maintenance, there is likely no local change coming soon. So much of what we need, even Suzuki parts are now only available online.

I have come to find out, though, that this is not such a bad thing. In fact, it can be a good thing. There are so many reasons why you should consider buying online but for me, the only good thing is that you can find great prices and hard to find parts readily available. This is an excellent resource to keep in mind, especially for all of those out there who are spending a lot of time doing restoration work on their vehicles. What’s more, you can also find a number of great new cars Fort Worth in the area too. You no longer have to leave your home to find the parts you need, the information you need and even the new car that you plan to buy. That is a good thing.

A few years ago I bought a brand new Harley Davidson motorcycle. We didn’t have a dealership in my small town so we drove into the city where they have a gigantic Harley dealership. I already knew what bike I wanted, a Street Glide, and how much it was going to cost me. The salesman I had been working with actually had called me to tell me it was there and it was time for me to come get it. What a cushy sales job! While I was there they did flip me to a sales guy I wasn’t expecting. He was the chrome consultant, and his job was to get me to buy all kinds of shiny accessories. And when he told me I could add the accessories to my financing, I was on board!

So I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when I went to pick up my new truck and the salesman introduced me to their version of the chrome consultant: The pickup truck accessories consultant. He showed me all kinds of neat things, and just like at the Harley shop, they would be happy to add it all to my financing. They didn’t get me too bad though. I got out after only adding on one of the cheap truck tool boxes and a bug deflector.

I have been trying to find really cool truck parts and accessories to help my boyfriend spruce up his pickup truck a little bit. That would be easy if we had a lot of money to spare but we don’t.

Luckily I’ve discovered that there are some parts and accessories that really don’t cost all that much money and yet can add a lot to the truck. Here are some of the cheaper truck accessories that I would recommend to shoppers on a budget:

- Hood ornaments. There are actually some expensive ones out there but if you look around you can find them for cheap and they’ll really add to the vehicle.

- Mud flaps. Get that sexy girl symbol to put on the truck and you’ve added a whole new level of style to the vehicle at very little cost.

- Air fresheners. There are some really cool designs for air fresheners these days. Don’t believe me? Look into it and you’ll see that the inside of your truck can look nicer with very little cost or effort just by adding one that’s got a bit of flair.

- Bed mats. These can get pricey if you let them but they don’t have to. They add a bit of style to the truck and protect it from damage at the same time.

See, you don’t have to spend a lot of money to make your truck look a little bit cooler than it does right now.
